Maxsun Motherboard Warranty Regulations

  Thank you for trusting and using Maxsun products. If you encounter any questions in the process of using Maxsun products, you can enjoy the after-sales service of the products. Please refer to the following information for detailed regulations.
 
  One: Three-year warranty service
Within 3 years after the sale, under the condition of normal use of the product, if there is a quality problem listed in the "Microcomputer Product Performance Failure Table", and it is a product within the normal warranty scope, Maxsun will Provide you with corresponding services. If the damaged components of the product have been discontinued, and the corresponding components cannot be found in the market, Maxsun will negotiate with you to make up the difference in depreciation and exchange for other products.
 
  Two: the situation not covered by the warranty service
  If the motherboard has the following conditions, it will not be able to provide after-sales service;
  1. Fault-free motherboard;
  2. Motherboards beyond the warranty period;
  3. Due to improper use, motherboards with physical damage such as lack of motherboard components and plug-ins, PCB board deformation, serious scratches on lines, oxidation and rust, and burning of main components;
  4. Motherboards with altered, lost, moved or damaged "barcodes";
  5. Motherboard damaged due to human negligence or misuse or due to irresistible external force, such as: motherboard damage caused by water immersion, fire, lightning strike and other mechanical damage; motherboard damage caused by non-use according to the instructions;
  6. The motherboard is damaged due to improper packaging or transportation during the process of sending the faulty part for repair;
  7. The motherboard is irrecoverable due to your or a third party's unauthorized attempt to disassemble or replace components (such as heat sinks, etc.);
 
  Note:
  The company reserves the right to identify the cause of the failure of Maxsun motherboard and the final interpretation of the above terms.
 
  Instructions for direct user repair:
  1. If there is a product failure in the process of using the product, the user can choose a service outlet according to their own location;
  2. If users need to send defective products to the following service outlets, they should choose a courier or postal company that delivers to the door. After the product is sent, the user should track it by himself, so as to avoid the goods staying for too long or being lost in transit;
  3. Users who deliver and repair products must use shock-proof, anti-drop, and anti-pressure protective packaging for the products. At the same time, users are advised to choose a courier company with standardized operations to avoid disputes and disputes over cargo damage and damage to the goods caused by the user's sending. It shall be solved and undertaken by the sender itself;
  4. The user must pay the postage fee for delivery of repaired products;
  5. The product sent by the user for repair must be accompanied by a copy of the valid purchase certificate;
  6. The product sent for repair must be accompanied by a list, which includes the product model and fault description (for example, the product itself has been seriously damaged by man-made damage such as severe burnout, collision angle, water ingress and oxidation before delivery, and the user must indicate it on the list by himself/herself). , otherwise it will not be accepted), contact name, phone number, detailed address.
  7. The user expresses the product for repair, please do not attach the CPU, memory, hard disk, or original packaging for repair. Our company is not responsible for storage and return.
  8. For unclaimed products (including products with incorrect contact information and products that are automatically abandoned and withdrawn), our company will not refund if it exceeds 60 days from the date of receipt of the goods.
